Guess that's why the Check Your Six was so good as we just had loads of fun but it still had plenty of detail.

IanIanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17113835961977211021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329903841574816313.post-82975662762845470892014-06-30T20:41:30.310+01:002014-06-30T20:41:30.310+01:00So do I, it's trying to get some kind of order...So do I, it's trying to get some kind of order to it though that's the tough bit.

IanIanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17113835961977211021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329903841574816313.post-79682745293290087962014-06-30T20:40:46.721+01:002014-06-30T20:40:46.721+01:00Well I have a few more tucked away, not many dodgy...Well I have a few more tucked away, not many dodgy pictures though.

IanIanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17113835961977211021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329903841574816313.post-43405165416211505762014-06-30T20:40:00.065+01:002014-06-30T20:40:00.065+01:00Yes it was a periscope my Dad made for me, he also...Yes it was a periscope my Dad made for me, he also did some of the scenery we used in those days, he was not a gamer but had done loads of modelling in his day.

IanIanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17113835961977211021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329903841574816313.post-41499116129132372522014-06-30T20:38:03.055+01:002014-06-30T20:38:03.055+01:00It's worth remembering those days, lots of fun...It's worth remembering those days, lots of fun, little in common with real battles but lots of fun. Mostly WW2 using Airifx figures (usually unpainted) and vehicles (usually painted, not necessarily well) on the dining table covered with a Subuteo cloth with random bits and bobs of terrain for cover. We used the rules from Donald Featherstone's "Wargaming Airborne Operations". Fun days, but totally unrealistic troop densities (1-200 figures and 10 or so tanks advancing on a 3 foot frontage!)TamsinPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11759947520907448060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329903841574816313.post-22471140376781343592014-06-29T12:24:22.543+01:002014-06-29T12:24:22.543+01:00That Airfix la Haye Sainte still does servi9ce in ...That Airfix la Haye Sainte still does servi9ce in my 15mm gamesPeterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12896707717043258254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329903841574816313.post-38986345876691451542014-06-29T12:01:07.401+01:002014-06-29T12:01:07.401+01:00Very cool post Ian!
